We believe that we accomplished this.<br/><br/>We made the code available as a courtesy on request, and were prepared to spend time and energy enabling interested researchers to replicate and extend our results, i.e., to use our code base. We did not aiming to provide a distribution of our code that works robustly out of the box. While we may aim to do this with future research projects, it was not an aim of the current work.
