Alternatively, we could with a little effort, port the code to the current version of F# (which is unfortunately not backward compatible). We would be happy to guide you in this effort. Our own effort has been to develop a completely new (and incimparable) implementation of TLS in the  new version of F#.

Unfortunately, F# has gone through many breaking changes since that version and so the current version of F# will not compile the code. It is possible to port the code to F# 2.0 with some effort, alternatively we may be able to find a version of F# 1.9.6.2 for you to test with. I have a local copy on my machine and the code builds fine over here.
